About the Role
Our Wealth team in London is growing, and we’re seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to support our Paraplanners and Relationship Managers. This role is paramount to delivering a "best in class" service to our clients and helping the team succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer complex client assets, and implement new advice smoothly and accurately.
- Take ownership of client data, ensuring it is up-to-date, precise, and ready for client service.
- Build strong relationships through regular client interaction, including day-to-day communication and meeting support.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and ensure existing clients receive seamless, high-quality service.
- Help the team prepare for, coordinate, and follow up after client meetings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, share ideas, and participate in implementing positive change.
- Contribute to an outstanding client experience while providing proactive support to colleagues.
- Be part of a growing business that embraces new technology and modern working tools.
- Support the development and training of other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firm.
- Ability to listen and ask great questions.
- Effective communication skills to build strong relationships, foster trust, and facilitate open dialogue.
- Client-Centric approach, always prioritizing client needs and satisfaction.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and address them proactively.
- Solution-based outlook to resolve client requests.
- Ability to work well with internal teams to meet client expectations and build strong internal bonds.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changes in client requirements or internal processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
