About the Role
We are seeking a Headhunter (m/w/d) to further expand our competitive advantage in M&A. When acquiring property management companies across Germany, it is crucial to quickly replace existing management with technology-oriented leadership. Your task is to identify, nurture, and recruit future managing directors for us. Working at Buena means full ownership from day one. As the second member of our headhunting team, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees and managers from the start, ensuring the right leader is immediately available for every acquisition. You will work directly with our management and M&A teams at our Berlin headquarters, making recruiting a central part of our strategy.
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of your time on direct approach and sourcing of managing directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
- Build, optimize, and manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process and our CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
- Seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline, ensuring instant closing after deal completion.
- Systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of measurable success in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully closing senior roles.
- High resilience in direct approach, acting with confidence, and being absolutely results-oriented.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Work extremely structured, analytically, and data-driven.
- Utilize modern sourcing tools, CRM, and AI applications as levers for daily performance.
- Willingness to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
