About the Role
This role offers an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist the opportunity to own a high-performing, established clinic with the support of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. It emphasizes clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology, providing a space and tools to perform at your best without compromise.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
Requirements
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills

Salary/Compensations
- Circa £43,000 DOE
- Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
