About the Role
As a Medical Representative for the General Medicine Business Unit, you will contribute to expanding treatment options for patients with bone metabolism diseases, including osteoporosis, through specialized knowledge and strategic sales activities. You will manage diverse medical institutions such as university hospitals, core hospitals, regional core hospitals, and clinics, building trust with healthcare professionals and promoting appropriate use to deliver value to the medical field.
Responsibilities
- Provide information to medical institutions (university hospitals, core hospitals, regional core hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute area strategies to maximize product value in the bone metabolism disease field.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and nurses, and engage in evidence-based discussions.
- Formulate action plans through market analysis (competitor situation, patient trends, prescription status, regional characteristics, etc.).
- Plan and manage events such as lectures, research meetings, and in-house study sessions.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with related departments such as Marketing, Medical, MSL, and KAM.
- Promote customer engagement utilizing digital channels.
- Conduct appropriate sales activities in compliance with compliance and relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- MR experience
- Experience in handling university hospitals or core facilities
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills to build trust with healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license
