About the Role

As HV Automation Lead Engineer (m/w/d), you will design, integrate, and implement high-voltage automation systems, including AC switchgear controls, OT networks, HVDC, Auxiliary and GIS integration, optical transmission systems, WAN, and HMI/SCADA platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, designers, and contractors to ensure technical compliance with project specifications, schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

Define equipment and documents necessary to meet customer needs, based on technical and administrative requirements.
Collect the needed input data and establish Detailed Design in compliance with contractual specifications.
Organize and supervise factory/site acceptance tests, performed by suppliers, and commissioning of Automation, Network, SCADA/HMI equipment/software in compliance with contractual technical specifications and project time schedules.

Requirements

Graduate from Automation/Telecom school.
Knowledge of electrical installations, including substation controls, SCADA/HMI.
Knowledge in Optical transmission systems, WAN/LAN design and configuration.
Proven experience in HMI/SCADA, industrial network and control system design, setup.
FAT/SAT/commissioning experience will be an advantage as any other field activity experience.
Portfolio of completed tasks in EPC/turnkey projects could be presented to prove the practical expertise.

Skills

Knowledge in clusters, virtualization, version control tools, asset management tools, cybersecurity will be an advantage.
