About the Role

Mullican Flooring, a member of the Baillie Group, is hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at their Holland, NY location. This is a full time opportunity working for a hardwood flooring manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Conducts, maintains, tests, and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Applies knowledge of mechanical principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation.
• Provides skilled mechanical support to all areas of manufacturing.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including sprockets, chains, bearings, gearboxes, some electrical components, and forklifts.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work well with all levels of personnel, individually or in a team.
• Ability to interface and communicate with line operators to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
