About the Role
Help accelerate climate action by connecting organisations with high-impact carbon projects and climate solutions. This role combines strategic product marketing with climate impact, focusing on positioning and presenting carbon projects and climate solutions to drive ambitious climate action. It is a five-month fixed-term opportunity for paternity cover, offering the chance to lead a major refresh of marketing materials and shape portfolio presentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for positioning and categorisation of the project portfolio.
- Influence project prioritisation for market focus in collaboration with operations, sales, and PR teams.
- Support the positioning and communication of added value services through various sales and promotional channels.
- Develop high-quality collateral for priority projects and maintain a core materials suite for all marketable projects.
- Ensure project and service information is well presented across website, client hub, sales platforms, and internal tools.
- Equip internal teams with high-quality project and service sales materials to drive conversion.
- Support clients with the provision of project and service update information.
- Pioneer use of technology and AI for scalable project/product content.
- Manage the data flow of project information and assets across platforms.
- Develop and deliver project and service promotions through various channels.
- Secure endorsements for projects and services, and opportunities to promote team expertise through PR, awards, articles, and speaking engagements.
Requirements
- Experience marketing carbon projects or climate solutions.
- Exceptional writing and visual communication skills.
- Ability to turn strategy into tangible results.

- Demonstrated commitment to leveraging your role to drive positive impact and meaningful change.
- Solid understanding of sustainability and climate-related topics, including industry frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
