About the Role

As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative aspects of HR, with a focus on system improvement and AI-driven automation. You will own the Personio HR system, identify and automate recurring People processes, and ensure operational excellence in daily tasks. This role offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience through process optimization and AI integration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Personio HR system, including data maintenance, administrative workflows, and system development.
Identify and automate recurring People processes, from onboarding flows to standard administrative procedures.
Ensure operational excellence in daily tasks, including documentation, appointment management, and preparation/follow-up of HR processes.
Coordinate recruiting efforts, including appointment management, candidate communication, and interview process organization.
Provide organizational and administrative support for learning formats and internal training programs.
Contribute to the development of People structures for a hybrid organization.

Requirements

Take full ownership of the Personio HR system, including data maintenance, processes, and further development.
Be willing to work with AI and automate People processes, build individual agents for HR lifecycle roles, and identify opportunities for AI to improve work outcomes.
Think in processes and act quickly to identify and improve inefficiencies.
Understand that processes impact people and their experience.
