About the Role
bonial is a digital advertising partner for offline businesses, supporting retailers in their marketing activities and helping them find new audiences. As a Junior Operations Manager for France, you will focus on customer care by publishing retailer content on our platforms, working closely with the Sales team in Paris and other teams in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Manage content and brochure publications for your assigned customer portfolio
- Ensure the online content we publish meets high-quality standards
- Regularly communicate with our customers via email or calls
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including Campaign, Sales, Product, and IT
- Contribute to process, workflow and documentation improvements with your input
Requirements
- Excellent French skills (C2 level, including perfect spelling)
- Fluent in English
- Natural service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable communicating on the phone and by email
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with attention to detail
- Experience in using MS Office and CMS
- Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus
- True team player
- Planning to live in Berlin long-term
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
