About the Role

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers on behalf of clients regarding overdue accounts. Your primary goal is to offer practical repayment solutions to customers with arrears, helping them to get back on track. This role offers award-winning training, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities for career advancement within financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outstanding accounts from clients across leading industries and institutions
  • Make and receive a high volume of calls
  • Collaborate with customers to find fair and sustainable repayment solutions
  • Confidently navigate conversations, handling objections with patience and a problem-solving mindset
  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Persistence and resilience in challenging conversations
  • Natural flair for problem-solving
  • Confidence with computer systems and agile to learn new ones
  • Share a passion for results in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and grow
  • Permanent full-time (38 hours) position
  • Contact Centre operates from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday
