About the Role
Support production ramp-up and process documentation management, ensure alignment between engineering design and shopfloor execution, and act as a coordination point between Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Robotics teams.
Responsibilities
- Support production ramp-up and process documentation management
- Ensure alignment between engineering design and shopfloor execution (work instructions)
- Act as a coordination point between Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Robotics teams
- Support commissioning and qualification of robotic equipment
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (automation rate, usage, maturity)
- Identify issues, escalate when needed, and drive resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement (efficiency, productivity, safety)
- Build and follow dashboards and performance reports
- Collect production feedback (REX) to improve processes (Design for Automation)
- Participate in lean initiatives and process optimization
- Support budget monitoring (planned vs actuals)
- Participate in TPM routines
- Participate in daily quality routines (QRQC)
- Contribute to root cause analysis (8D, problem-solving methods)
- Track action plans and ensure closure with cross-functional teams
- Support process validation (FMEA, improvements implementation)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of industrialization and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (QRQC, 8D, Lean tools)
- Familiarity with production processes and industrial practices
- A driver’s license (appreciated)
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster collaboration between multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- 12/18 months VIE contract
