About the Role
Join Medtronic ANZ’s Commercial IT Sales Enablement team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This role partners across Operating Units in the ANZ-region to improve processes, optimize technology platforms, and deliver data-driven insights using tools like Salesforce, Agent Force, Jira, Tableau, and Power BI. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Analyze and document complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to automate or streamline.
- Lead and facilitate workshops (sprint planning), Scrum calls, Sprint reviews and Retrospectives in alignment with agile ways of working when required.
- Guide Sales teams on how to leverage Salesforce for sales management effectiveness.
- Extract, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the design, testing, deployment and adoption of systems and reporting solutions primarily through Salesforce.com & Tableau.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Salesforce to support business decision-making and valuable insights sharing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Stay up to date on industry updates, emerging technologies to continuously work towards enhancing our systems capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar role working with Salesforce & with current knowledge of Salesforce-related capabilities inc. Agent Force, preferably within medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare sectors (either in-house or in a consulting capacity).
- Advanced knowledge &/or experience with dashboard & reporting solutions with Tableau and PowerBI.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency of MS Office in Excel (data analysis) & PowerPoint (presentation).
- Solutions-oriented with good critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management & stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
