Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for handling inquiries via phone regarding remote monitoring services for medical institutions and clinics.
- Provide first-level support for usage and operational questions.
- Input call details.
- Confirm and resend data if not received (using FAX function, etc.).
- Handle the setup of service-utilizing facilities (web configuration).
Requirements
- Experience in customer support via phone.
- Practical experience in the medical industry.
- PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using iPads.
- Ability to prioritize accuracy in work and perform confirmation tasks carefully.
- Ability to appropriately confirm and consult when facing uncertain situations or irregularities, rather than proceeding with self-judgment.
- Comfortable communicating via chat tools like Teams, able to interact concisely and politely in a way that is easily understood.
- Ability to correctly understand work manuals and operational rules, and to proceed with tasks by independently confirming necessary information.
