About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of construction projects for new and renovated elevators and escalators. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including sales, customers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution within tight deadlines and budgets, prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects, supervising equipment installation, monitoring site progress, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and field partners.
  • Manage teams and field partners to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Mitigate safety, ethical, and quality risks, including effective management of government and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion, including document submission and site surveys.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and technical support, and drive profitability.
  • Train and manage field partners on safety, quality, and operations to ensure customer service levels.
  • Provide focused training in technology, processes, and skills specific to a specialized manufacturer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Construction management experience in the elevator/escalator industry.
  • Understanding that safety is the top priority.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with digital skills and business acumen for organizational management.
  • Willingness to relocate in the future.
