About the Role
As a Construction Management Manager for elevator and escalator new construction and renovation projects, you will lead and manage the entire project lifecycle. You will drive projects forward by comprehensively managing safety, quality, schedule, and cost within tight deadlines, aligning with building construction schedules. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, clients, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of elevator and escalator installation projects (schedule, quality, safety, cost)
- Supervision of installation work and on-site progress management
- Coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders (owners, design firms, general contractors, subcontractors)
- Management and guidance of subcontractors and field partners
- Cost management to ensure projects stay within budget
- Risk management related to safety, quality, and compliance
- Liaison with government agencies and compliance tasks (applications, site inspections)
- Schedule management until handover and final quality confirmation
- Enhancement of customer satisfaction and provision of technical support
- Safety and quality education and training for field staff
Requirements
