About the Role

The Experience Designer role is an independent contributor responsible for designing experiences to solve customer problems by integrating user experience and creative design. This role drives the design of intuitive solutions, enhances the usability of Chubb’s digital offerings, and guides user-centered methodologies through strategy, research, design, and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute the UX process and implementation of projects for different business units.
• Apply user-centric design practices, conceptualize interfaces, visualize digital experiences, and understand user touchpoint connections.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze user research, synthesize data, and recommend user-centered design directions.
• Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to enhance engagement and usability.
• Promote and iterate on design guidelines, best practices, and standards, including the Chubb Design System.
• Follow responsive logic, produce adaptive design screens, and provide UI implementation support across platforms.
• Illustrate design ideas using collaboration tools like Figma.
• Align design strategy with business results.
