About the Role
PAIR Finance is redefining digital debt collection with AI-driven technology, focusing on empathy and success. We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Manager to join our Market Team, drive the digital transformation of the debt collection industry, and advance our 17-person Partnership Team.
Responsibilities
- Take strategic responsibility for B2B (Key) Accounts, from structured onboarding to long-term development of profitable partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for renowned business partners, independently managing complex issues with a clear solution focus.
- Gain strategic insights from client interactions and internal processes to drive product, service, and process improvements.
- Ensure the quality and continuous optimization of the CRM system for efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and KPIs to derive measures for strengthening and scaling partnerships.
- Represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, with occasional travel required.
- Actively participate in cross-functional strategic projects in Partnerships, Sales, and Operations with high autonomy and scope for initiative.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of demonstrable experience in B2B (Key) Account Management or Partnership Management, ideally in a senior role.
- Strong partner orientation with a deep understanding of strategic business client needs and a consistently solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel proficiency for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient German language skills.
- Secure English language skills (B2+) in speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Experience in the FinTech sector or a fast-growing digital company is advantageous.
- Knowledge in adjacent areas such as Sales Operations, Business Development, or Inside Sales is beneficial.
- Proficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong affinity for data-driven work and digital tools.
