About the Role
As the Property Systems Lead, you will oversee the technology ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of our properties. You will lead the strategy, support, and continuous improvement of critical operational technology and resident safety platforms across our national portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational performance, reliability, and lifecycle of property technology systems
- Lead system upgrades, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex property technology incidents
- Manage vendors, system integrators, and service providers
- Drive security, compliance, and governance across operational technology platforms
- Partner with Operations, Facilities, Cyber Security, and IT teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle planning for property technology assets
- Develop documentation, standards, and processes
- Mentor the Service Desk team
- Participate in an on-call roster
- Travel occasionally across the national portfolio
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing property technology, operational technology, or enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and ITIL principles
- Experience managing vendors, technology projects, and multi-site operations
- Understanding of cyber security, risk management, and technology governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with leadership capability
