About the Role
As a National Channel Sales Leader, you will develop and manage channel partner relationships at the principal/management and C-suite levels, leading front-end negotiation, implementation, and execution of distribution agreements and incentive programs. You will set and execute the strategic direction and operating plans with strategic partners, collaborate with the Dental Sales Team, and resolve account-related issues. This role involves interpreting industry trends and customer requirements to define guidelines for the field sales organization, mapping opportunities, managing pipelines, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner principle/management and C Suite level relationships with 2 direct reporting Channel Managers.
- Responsible for complex account negotiations at an executive level.
- Provide accurate forecasts on sales and channel partner satisfaction, aligned to the agreed KPI’s.
- Redefine channel strategy and take responsibility for selecting channel partners.
- Lead front end negotiation, implementation, and execution of distribution agreements, incentive programs, etc.
- Set and execute the medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans with the strategic partner.
- Collaborate closely with Dental Sales Team to meet the requirements of the key channel partner.
- Resolve issues and conflicts related to account responsibility.
- Interpret industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define guidelines/methods for the field sales organization.
- Map and identify opportunities, manages pipeline and incentive programs.
- Build strong customer relationships and leads negotiations of major contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with commercial strategy creation/execution in the Healthcare industry.
- Experience engaging with and influencing executive levels of organizations.
- High level of communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Salesforce and related tools and/or Power BI/Spotfire kind of data visualization platforms familiarity.
- Demonstrable experience in initiating/driving process improvements.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in both Japanese and English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
