About the Role
Drive the coordination and delivery of strategic, complex, and high-value tender submissions across the Pacific region. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex tender and bid submissions across the Pacific region.
- Develop bid plans, timelines, action trackers, and responsibility matrices.
- Manage tender compliance requirements, returnable schedules, and submission governance.
- Facilitate bid kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and executive approval reviews.
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs and stakeholders.
- Ensure submissions are compliant, professionally presented, and delivered on time.
- Drive bid governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support sales process optimisation, bid/no-bid decision-making, and tender readiness activities.
- Provide regular reporting on bid status, risks, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Support customer clarification responses and smooth handover of awarded projects to delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal management, project coordination, or commercial administration.
- Experience working within the built environment, engineering, construction, infrastructure, building technologies, healthcare, government, data centres, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent project management, communication, and document management skills.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems.
- Experience with CRM, bid management, or proposal automation tools is advantageous.
- A proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence without direct authority.
