About the Role
This role supports the nationwide product introduction of CathWorks FFRangio® system, a unique angiographic-derived system combining AI and advanced computational science to provide FFR values along the entire coronary tree. You will build a service system tailored to Japanese customer needs, collaborating with sales and marketing to perform pre-installation surveys, installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will also respond to technical inquiries, resolve complaints and defects in conjunction with the Quality Assurance department, and maintain high-level technical support by learning and applying the latest technical information in collaboration with the manufacturer's technical department.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repair work for stable equipment operation, including related billing.
- Communicate with customers to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct data analysis to improve operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding defects and complaints to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Perform repairs and inspections for other CRDN products, including field and in-house work.
- Perform field and in-house work including installation, regular maintenance, and repair of CathWorks FFRangio.
- Handle products from other business units.
Requirements
- Work experience in information technology, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or higher is desirable).
- Good communication skills.
- PC skills necessary for document creation using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- Ability to work nights and holidays.
