About the Role

This role involves supporting the execution of key merchandising initiatives through a store relay program. It is ideal for individuals with a retail background looking to transition into merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to setting visual merchandising standards in stores.
• Implement changes in store floorplan layouts.
• Apply all POS elements.
• Track and report project progress and status.
• Initiate escalation of issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all corporate obligations for store appearance and signage are met.
• Be hands-on in stores with activations.
• Ensure all key business initiatives are delivered on time and to standard.

Requirements

• A current driver license is essential.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle is essential.
• This position is a physical role.
• Must be comfortable moving quickly, being on feet all day, and lifting items around 5 to 7 kilos regularly.

Skills

• Experience in Retail Merchandising OR retail customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• An ability to build relationships across all of our various stakeholders
• Tenacity and optimism
• Team player that can incite and motivate

Location

• Sydney area in New South Wales
• Various stores across the state

Work Type

• Casual basis
• Approximately 12 - 30 hours per week
• No weekends
