About the Role

As part of our business expansion and team strengthening due to the opening of our second warehouse, we are seeking members to manage and deliver clinical trial drugs. At our company, specializing in the management and delivery of clinical trial drugs, you will be responsible for the entire process, including receiving, labeling, shipping, and handling returns. As you will be working in a new warehouse, you will be involved in a wide range of operations related to clinical trial drug management, not limited to specific tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving clinical trial drugs in various temperature zones and managing inventory.
  • Labeling operations.
  • Preparing shipments, packing, and arranging delivery for various temperature zones.
  • Handling returns (processing returns and managing inventory for drugs in ambient temperature).
  • Developing operational workflows and improving processes.
  • Conducting training via e-learning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Comfortable reading and writing in English, as some documents may be in English.
