About the Role

As a member of the DSA (Clinical Drug Supply Arrangement) team, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to tackle interesting challenges while listening to customer feedback and collaborating with team members. While understanding the importance of adhering to established procedures, you will also proactively take approaches to new and interesting challenges to support the team.

Responsibilities

  • Process shipment and delivery orders for clinical drug supply in accordance with the clinical trial plan and established procedures.
  • Prepare picking lists and shipping documents, including country-specific requirements.
  • Input and manage inventory and shipping data into the system.
  • In case of trouble or emergencies, communicate closely with customers and the team to resolve issues and take necessary actions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain high-quality operations based on cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Understand the daily operational capacity of the team and provide support to team members' tasks, not just your own, to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform on-site checks (warehouse/shipping area) as needed, although the work is primarily desk-based.
  • Handle customer communications via phone for clinical drug supply arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years of practical experience in logistics, warehousing, or SCM.
  • Comfortable with reading and writing in English (beginner level or higher).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accurate administrative processing is a plus.

Skills

  • Customer-oriented with strong learning ability.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and report abnormalities to the team/supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, energetic approach to work.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain processing speed and accuracy in a target-driven environment while creating documents using a PC.
  • Basic English communication skills, including reading and writing emails and simple documents.
