About the Role

We are seeking a construction management position for elevator and escalator construction. Elevators and escalators are social infrastructure that support the lives of many people in commercial facilities, hospitals, and condominiums. Responsibilities

Planning construction for elevators and escalators
Managing site progress, quality, safety, and budget
Liaising with clients and subcontractors
Providing on-site construction instructions and coordination
Conducting completion inspections and handover procedures

Requirements

Construction management experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical fields
Experience in elevator construction is a plus
Smooth coordination and communication with stakeholders
Possession of a 1st or 2nd class construction management engineer qualification is preferred
