About the Role

The Transfer Pricing Tax Team delivers practical, commercial, and tax-effective advice to a broad range of international clients. This opportunity allows you to lead a well-established and supportive team of experts, gaining a wide range of specialist tax advisory work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing planning structures
  • Prepare transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking and report writing
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and assist in the review of International dealings schedule
  • Controversy/dispute resolution with tax authorities
  • Client relationship management, liaising with multinational clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and globally

Requirements

  • Experienced leader skilled in supporting and motivating their team through training and mentoring, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion
  • Ability to think outside of the box to bring innovative solutions to clients
  • Previous accounting experience coupled with experience managing or supervising in a transfer pricing or related area within a professional services firm or large corporate environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Australian transfer pricing framework and recent BEPS developments
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research, functional and financial analysis
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Excellent client relationship, written and verbal skills
