About the Role
The Transfer Pricing Tax Team delivers practical, commercial, and tax-effective advice to a broad range of international clients. This opportunity allows you to lead a well-established and supportive team of experts, gaining a wide range of specialist tax advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transfer pricing planning structures
- Prepare transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking and report writing
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and assist in the review of International dealings schedule
- Controversy/dispute resolution with tax authorities
- Client relationship management, liaising with multinational clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and globally
Requirements
- Experienced leader skilled in supporting and motivating their team through training and mentoring, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion
- Ability to think outside of the box to bring innovative solutions to clients
- Previous accounting experience coupled with experience managing or supervising in a transfer pricing or related area within a professional services firm or large corporate environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the Australian transfer pricing framework and recent BEPS developments
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research, functional and financial analysis
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Excellent client relationship, written and verbal skills
