About the Role

This role involves sales of home healthcare devices specializing in sleep and respiratory care. You will support patients' home care lives by working closely with doctors and healthcare professionals, providing optimal proposals, explaining usage, and conducting training sessions to ensure safe and correct use of medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing customers, acquire new prescriptions, and develop new customers and markets.
  • Collect and analyze customer information to formulate and execute sales plans.
  • Expand solution-based business.
  • Liaise with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Perform internal administrative tasks including sales processing and equipment management.
  • Manage the introduction and maintenance of equipment for assigned facilities and patients.
  • Respond to patient home visits during nighttime or emergencies (infrequent, shift-based).

Requirements

  • Ability to act with speed while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Cooperative attitude with the ability to report and consult as needed.
  • Over 1 year of sales experience (industry, corporate, or individual sales experience accepted).
  • Experience in the medical field is a plus.
  • Possession of a driver's license.

  • 4,200,000 - 6,000,000 JPY (base salary including deemed allowances, negotiable based on experience)
