About the Role
Join One of Australia’s Most Iconic Bakery Brands! Tip Top Bakeries is looking for energetic and reliable Full Time and Part Time Production Operators to join our fast-paced team in Chullora. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to be part of a company that feeds millions every day — this is your chance!
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Record production data and report any issues
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Great communication & team player
- Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
- Pre-employment screening may include a medical (includes drug & alcohol testing) and a criminal record check
