About the Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager ANZ, this role involves supporting payroll operations across a diverse hotel network. You will work extensively with the Dayforce platform to process payroll and manage core HR system functions, offering opportunities for professional development in payroll, workforce management, and talent modules.
Responsibilities
- Perform new team member setup and system maintenance
- Review rosters and timesheets for accuracy and compliance
- Respond to payroll enquiries via the service desk ticketing system
- Support leaders in using the Dayforce system effectively
- Ensure payroll compliance with Australian and New Zealand awards and legislation
- Prepare payroll, people data, and metrics reporting
Requirements
- 1+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and personal accuracy
- Ability to problem solve
- Good written, verbal, and listening English communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia without sponsorship
