About the Role

IQVIA's Medical Information department manages pharmaceutical company drug information centers and contact centers, handling inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, collecting and reporting adverse event information, and ensuring quality control. This role offers the opportunity to work with global clients, engage with new drug developments, and enhance expertise in a rapidly evolving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate responses to inquiries from medical institutions and the general public.
• Collect adverse event information via email and phone.
• Report collected and organized adverse event information to clients via system.
• Perform supervisory duties including quality improvement, progress management, problem-solving, and team member support for the above tasks.

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• Business-level English proficiency (able to participate in meetings and read/write in English). TOEIC score of 850 or higher is recommended.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to interact with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) with appropriate etiquette and smoothness.
