Responsibilities
- Achieve budget targets in a defined area through sales activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to provide value to customers.
- Collaborate with the existing team of approximately 150 sales professionals to offer optimal solutions to customers.
- Identify high-priority customers through market analysis and create visit plans.
- Share plans with the existing team, analyze surgical procedures, and conduct influence analysis for strategy development.
- Obtain product evaluations through product demonstrations.
- Identify budget stakeholders, gather information, and negotiate.
- Negotiate with all stakeholders involved in product introduction and operation, including doctors, nurses, clinical engineers, accounting, and legal departments.
- Hand over to the clinical support team for customers where introduction is decided.
- Hold kick-off meetings with customer representatives and clinical support staff to plan from introduction to clinical application.
- Continuously manage a sufficient number of targets for sales responsibility by managing customer selection, approach, and prioritization on a rolling basis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in each category.
- Experience in sales related to the operating room.
- Experience in building and executing relationship schemes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Sales experience in surgical capital.
- Sales experience with surgical products.
- High communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and creative behavior: actively explore new technologies and information, and act to implement them in daily work.
- Flexibility and willingness to challenge: enjoy a dynamic and changing environment and proactively work towards business growth.
- Project management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- For sales representatives and other patient-facing field employees, entering a healthcare setting is considered an essential function of the job and employees are expected to comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support.
