About the Role
The Product Designer leads end-to-end design within the Commercial Property Crew, transforming user insights and business goals into impactful experiences. This role involves owning the full design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design system to ensure a world-class user experience for the flagship commercial property listings portal.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity execution.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications for development.
- Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
- Apply design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Use data and user insights to evaluate impact and optimize experiences.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to design reviews and culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or related design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across end-to-end projects.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and data-informed design.
- Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
