About the Role
The Facility Manager ensures safe and efficient parking operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports the Operations Manager in all aspects of facility operation, including staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise location staff, including delegation, coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support the Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients or Property Managers, attend meetings, and respond to requests to maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards; oversee maintenance projects for quality and timely completion.
- Assist in supervising ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
- Help the Operations Manager prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
- Provide coverage for front-line positions as needed.
- Assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns using respectful communication and address escalated issues.
- Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility.
- Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the parking industry (preferred)
