About the Role

BINGO is seeking experienced Rear Loader Drivers for night shift operations in Revesby, supporting commercial and industrial waste collection. This role is an opportunity to join a growing company committed to sustainability and innovation in resource management.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader trucks to collect and transport commercial and industrial waste in Revesby during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and traffic regulations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Assist with loading waste and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including fatigue management.
• Report incidents, near misses, and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements

• A current and valid NSW HR or HC licence.
• Minimum 12 months experience operating loader trucks or in the commercial waste industry.
• Experience working night shifts in industrial or commercial areas preferred.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• A clean and up-to-date driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to pass a medical check.
