About the Role
Deliver onsite training and assessment for apprentices across pre-apprenticeship, school-based, and workplace contexts. Ensure training is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and industry relevance. Support student engagement, employer communication, assessment validation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training across various locations between Sydney CBD and Wollongong.
- Facilitate interactive, inclusive, and safe learning environments for CPC30320 Cert III in Concreting.
- Review training plans, LLN, and pre-training reviews.
- Communicate with students/employers before sessions.
- Prepare equipment, materials, and ensure environment is suitable and safe.
- Grade assessments and return results within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records (e.g. ReadySkills, LMS, VETtrak).
Requirements
- Minimum certificate III trade qualification in Concreting or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in apprenticeship-based training.
- Valid Australian working rights & Working with Children's Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain.
- Police Check and driver's license check.
- Willingness to travel to training venues and worksites.
- Participation in ongoing PD and compliance training.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, time management, and LMS/CRM proficiencies.

Salary/Compensations
- AUD $80,000-$85,000 base + super (Full Time Equivalent)
- AUD $17,000 (pro-rata) Vehicle Allowance including Fuel & eTag costs
