About the Role

Responsibilities

Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
Process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures for opening and closing registers.

Requirements

Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise.
Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
