About the Role
Lead high-impact improvement initiatives that drive business performance, operational excellence, and innovation. Partner with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence meaningful change, and build a culture of continuous improvement to support the growth of TJX Australia.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Coach stakeholders in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies, including A3 Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops to identify root causes, optimise processes, and unlock efficiency opportunities.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and develop practical business solutions.
- Track project benefits and ensure sustainable improvements are embedded within the business.
- Support automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance.
- Build continuous improvement capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with business leaders to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex improvement programs.
- Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working and knowledge of Jira, RPA, AI, or process automation tools would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive practical business outcomes.
