About the Role
As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you will provide oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees.
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ based on business necessities and client requirements.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of related work experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment.
