Responsibilities

  • Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
  • Present the OTF concept to interested consumers.
  • Work at the front desk, including answering phones and talking to members.
  • Give studio tours.
  • Guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout by working with trainers.
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
  • Follow up on prospective clients.
  • Handle members’ concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Passionate, positive, and great at building rapport.
  • Thrive on being part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
  • Passion for fitness.
