About the Role

Support Index Committee chairperson with comprehensive meeting preparation, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure seamless committee operations. Facilitate critical Index Committee processes including quarterly rebalancings, annual methodology reviews, index launches, compiling consultation results and methodology change implementations. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements through innovative use of technology and artificial intelligence tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure timely delivery of committee-related deliverables. Adopt Index Governance policies and procedures as they relate to Index Committees, ensuring compliance and best practices. Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation to support regulatory, compliance and internal governance requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience related to financial markets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and meeting management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently upholding compliance and governance standards.
  • Proficiency in meeting management tools and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Copilot or Facilitator.
  • Experience in workflow, process, or system improvement.
  • Proactive, with the ability to assume responsibility and strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to apply sound judgment and maintain confidentiality on a day-to-day basis.
  • Experience in committee support, governance, or administrative coordination roles within financial services.
  • Proficient in artificial intelligence and automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, or best practices related to financial benchmarks.
