About the Role
Join a locally owned and operated store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
- Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Act as an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates
- Maintain Store Standard pertaining to image and trends
- Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”
- Receive merchandise in accordance with receiving policies and procedures
- Maintain a neat and organized backroom
- Ensure proper documentation is completed for receiving and returns
- Support Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards
- Present a clean image to customers in accordance with uniform policy and dress code
- Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Comply with all Store Standards
- Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Planning, Judgement and Decision Making
- Efficiency, organization and neatness
- Ability to cope with changing situations on the sales floor
- Cash responsibilities require accuracy and efficiency
- Some computer and cash register skills
- Well organized with ability to record keep
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently

- Ability to work flexible shifts which may include nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
