About the Role

SplashDown Beach, America’s Biggest Little Water Park, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food stand, taking food orders for an average of 2000+ guests a day. Seeking a strong team player who works cohesively with others and under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director. Minimum Age Requirement: 16 Years Old. This is a seasonal position from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Department Training and Orientation must be attended prior to starting.

Responsibilities

Take accurate guest orders in a timely and hospitable manner
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
Prepare components of each order (beverages, condiments, etc.)
Memorize ingredients in menu items to accurately relay any allergy concern to our guests
Ensure that all front of the house areas exceed sanitation standards
Collaborate with team to prep the restaurant for the next day
Constantly monitor Guest Experience by soliciting feedback

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Must attend Department Training and Orientation prior to starting
Must be able to work on your feet throughout the day
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis
Must have a strong work ethic
Must be adept at multitasking
Must be a true team player
Must be able to effectively communicate and understand English
Must have a flexible schedule, available a minimum of 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
