About the Role

We are hiring a Vertical Builder to own one of our next revenue verticals from zero. Property management is our entry point, but every unit we manage opens the door to adjacent businesses, complementing an end-to-end real estate experience for our customers. You'll own the P&L, the strategy, the partnerships, and the product.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for your Vertical, including revenue, margin, and payback.
• Drive product definition, specification, and development by working directly with PMs and engineers.
• Design and execute the rollout of your vertical across all portfolio companies, measuring success and documenting the process.
• Handle tickets, communicate with customers and tenants, onboard new owners, and manage cost audits within portfolio companies during the initial phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience in starting and scaling a business, product, or freelance venture.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on unit economics, margin, and payback.
• Ability to quickly research and become an expert in new industries.
• Demonstrated ability to act fast and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of closing deals, signing partners, or securing funding.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
• Willingness to work from our office in Prenzlauer Berg.
• Ability to obtain WEG Verwalter certification within 90 days.
• Develop a roadmap for the next 90 days beyond initial wins.
