About the Role
The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Sales Associate provides exceptional guest service across various counters, including gelato, pastries, coffee, and paninis, while reporting to the QSR management team.
Responsibilities
- Provide service across all QSR counters
- Complete food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Set up stations and replenish displays while ensuring proper allergen separation
- Ensure all items are dated and follow First in First Out (FIFO) standards
- Prepare collateral, weigh, label, package, and serve products
- Comply with department policies and quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate a cash register and ensure accuracy of cash drops and bill authenticity
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
- Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machines, drink blenders, juicers, and cash registers
