About the Role
As a Managing Partner in Gartner Consulting North America, you will advise influential organizations on technology strategies that enable business outcomes, drive measurable value, and lead exceptional teams. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executive leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CEOs, and senior government leaders.
Responsibilities
- Advise at the highest level, partnering with senior executives to define technology strategies that directly enable business outcomes—growth, efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Turn insight into execution by leading hands-on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights.
- Drive measurable value by helping organizations modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, unlock data and analytics, manage cyber risk, and optimize cost and sourcing.
- Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and consistently identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Lead exceptional teams, inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing consultants.
Requirements
- A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, balancing client delivery and revenue generation.
- Strong foundation in technology problem-solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy roles).
- Banking industry subject matter expertise, business capability and process expertise, and expertise in one or more of the core banking technology solutions.
- Credibility across multiple IT domains.
- A track record of leading teams with a strong collaboration mindset, influencing executives, and delivering outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner’s frameworks to each client’s unique situation.
- The stamina and presence to juggle multiple senior-level client priorities without losing focus or quality.
