About the Role

The International Workplace team supports over 70 locations across the APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions. This role involves developing and maintaining floor plans, analyzing occupancy reports, and assisting with space planning to ensure optimal utilization of company sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and issue floor plans for all NBCU sites using AUTOCAD.
• Support the development of test fit options for workplace projects and BAU small works.
• Analyze and collate occupancy reports for all NBCU sites.
• Track workplace utilization and assist with space analysis and projections.
• Help develop and implement processes to drive better efficiencies, such as CAFM systems and Power BI occupancy reporting.
• Assist with planning moves and changes in collaboration with the Workplace Planning Lead.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for the Workplace Planning teams.
• Provide administrative support for Workplace Planning meetings, including updating Project workbooks and taking minutes.
• Liaise with and maintain good relationships with suppliers, obtain quotations, and drive best value.
• Coordinate onsite contractors for the delivery of Workplace Projects with the Facilities operations team.
• Obtain regular headcount data from business units.
• Undertake other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• AutoCAD 2020 advanced proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiarity with Office 365.
• Proven experience in a migration / space planning management role.
• Basic understanding of IT and AV infrastructure.
• Evidence of successfully handling multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Willingness to perform some weekend working.
