About the Role
RADAR is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing to shape and steward the company's brand narrative. This foundational role will define how RADAR presents itself externally, ensuring a coherent and consistent story that scales with the company's growth. You will translate complex subject matter expertise into compelling, on-brand messaging, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive RADAR's brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Develop and maintain a messaging architecture for consistent organizational communication.
- Translate complex subject matter expertise into externally-ready, credible, clear, and on-brand language.
- Develop and maintain a campaign calendar, including designing and developing franchise and one-off content types.
- Build and maintain templates, brand guidelines, and self-serve toolkits for consistent external communication.
- Serve as the brand standard-setter and enabler for quality and consistency at scale.
- Manage the redevelopment and ongoing content management of RADAR’s website, LinkedIn, and press.
- Partner with and manage PR agencies for founder visibility, major announcements, and earned media opportunities.
- Develop a proactive communications calendar to build consistent market presence.
- Partner with Strategic Operations to drive internal communications for alignment and accountability.
- Support the organization through change by ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Develop and execute campaigns across owned and earned channels to build brand awareness and support commercial momentum.
- Track and report on channel and campaign performance, using data to refine approach and demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly evolving a brand platform, including positioning, messaging architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Proven ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, compelling external language for a business audience.
- Strong digital fluency and website strategy experience, including structuring a site for clarity, navigability, and conversion.
- Experience owning and managing external channels end-to-end, including LinkedIn and earned media, with accountability for strategy and execution.
- Comfortable working in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to track channel performance and translate data into decisions.
- A builder who thrives in ambiguity, able to prioritize and execute while creating the playbook.
- Ability to turn technical expertise and commercial nuance into resonant external language.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, earning credibility with subject matter experts and leadership.
- Experience managing freelance or agency talent across copywriting and graphic design.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS and direct involvement in a website redevelopment or significant redesign (preferred).
- Experience with CRM tools and understanding brand intersection with demand generation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) (preferred).
- Event management experience (preferred).
- Experience in retail technology, supply chain, or an adjacent B2B vertical (preferred).
