About the Role
Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator / Yard Helper to assist with lumberyard operations in Lewisboro, CT. This full-time position offers career growth opportunities within an established company.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials using and maintaining machines and equipment in the lumberyard.
- Assist clients with inquiries and discuss products and issues.
- Assist customers in finding, identifying, and loading vehicles.
- Read receipt tickets.
- Move materials throughout the lumberyard.
- Operate machinery like forklifts, saws, or trucks.
- Keep building materials organized.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Help wherever else needed.
Requirements
- Ability to meet physical requirements of lifting building materials and operating machinery.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes that quickly affect this job.
