About the Role

The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating resident access and appointment activity across the MDU program to support efficient progression from customer readiness through to installation delivery. This role acts as the central scheduling point for booking, confirming, rescheduling, and tracking customer appointments, ensuring alignment between residents, installers, and internal teams. It supports the smooth handover from engagement and readiness into operational delivery by maintaining accurate schedules, confirming appointment requirements, issuing reminders, and coordinating changes. The role also monitors the customer booking portal, identifies exceptions, manages outliers, and intervenes when manual coordination is needed to reduce missed appointments, access failures, and rework.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resident access and appointment activity
  • Act as the central scheduling point for booking, confirming, rescheduling, and tracking customer appointments

  • Maintain accurate schedules
