About the Role

The CHC Administration Group plays a central role in managing the entire Logistics Department, which operates four distribution centers nationwide. This position will lead the advancement and optimization of logistics operations that support the supply chain, driving performance improvement and process transformation at distribution centers with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and visualize KPI reports to accurately capture operational performance.
• Analyze distribution center performance and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and implement initiatives to enhance distribution center value, including operational improvements, service quality, and cost optimization.
• Drive digitalization and automation of business processes to transform distribution operations.
• Manage customer logistics system requirements and lead system implementation with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Collaborate with and manage 3PL partners, including contract management and performance monitoring.
• Serve as the point of contact for audits and regulatory interactions, leading preparation and response activities.

Requirements

• Practical experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on numerical and factual insights.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and drive projects.
• Experience in organizing, standardizing, and optimizing business processes.
• Basic knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Business-level communication in Japanese/English.
